An Investment into your family

Our fee structure reflects the time, expertise, and advocacy involved in making thoughtful placements. We prioritize clarity, fairness, and long-term success for both families and caregivers.

Search & Engagement Fee

The $495 search fee initiates the personalized process and allows us to begin recruiting, screening, and matching candidates on your behalf. This fee is applied toward the final placement balance once a hire is made.

Placement Fee

The placement fee is due once a candidate is selected and a start date is confirmed. This fee reflects the care, coordination, and advocacy involved in making a successful match.

Ongoing Support & Guarantee

We remain a resource for both families and caregivers after placement. Should a role conclude within the first 90 days, we’ll support a replacement search at no additional placement fee.
