What We're Looking For
We work with professional caregivers who bring experience, reliability, and genuine passion to their work.
Experience: A strong background in childcare, whether through professional nanny work, daycare, teaching, or related fields.
Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Clean Record: Background check and driving record that meet our screening standards.
Strong References: At least three professional childcare references we can personally verify.
Professionalism: Clear communication, reliability, and respect for boundaries.
